Every year thousands of street dogs and animals in Romania die not only of starvation and lack of medical care but also weather related conditions.
With your help, this Christmas thousands of strays and rescued animals will live to see in the new year, giving them a chance to find forever homes in 2012 away from the nightmare and horror that is Romania.
Please see below to how you can give the gift of life, the gift of hope this Christmas to a stray or rescued animal...
- Every 10kg bag of food feeds 40 dogs, every bag cossts approx 7 euros each. By donateing what you can this will enable us to order and get delivered good quality food to where it is needed and to also be distributed to the street dogs in the region.
This can be done by donateing via the following ways
- This will help keep the rescued animals dry and warm in thier make shift/emergency kennels when the freezing temperatures hit Romania soon. This will be bought from local suppliers and like the food above will be delivered direct to the shelters. Also straw is very good for helping to keep fur clean of dirt and grime.
